History

Jim Nelson, general manager for Cutting Edge Glass and Metal, started working for a glass company at age 18. A few years later, he began working in the field as a journeyman glazier with the Glaziers' Union. After 10 years of working as a glazier, Jim took the initiative to start his own glazing contracting company. Cutting Edge Glass and Metal, Inc. is now in it's 15th year. His wife, Ann, is the owner and manages the company's finances. Jim oversees the management of sales, estimating and field operations.

Having worked in all aspects of the glazing industry, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge to his customers. His long experience in the field of glazing give him a well rounded ability to provide the look customers want while keeping value engineering in mind. With his knowledge of products, he is able to help customers find what they need. He is committed to maintaining integrity in his work while communicating effectively with customers. His goal is for each customer to be fully satisfied with the timeliness and quality of all work done by Cutting Edge Glass and Metal, Inc.
